About DLA
The Dent Leadership Academy (DLA) is Grace Place CDC's education and youth stabilization arm. DLA addresses the root causes of youth instability through early childhood readiness, academic support, mentorship, and a structured pipeline to workforce participation. By intervening early and building strong educational foundations, DLA reduces risk factors associated with youth involvement in the justice system and prepares the next generation for civic and economic leadership.
