About P2CW
P2CW — Power 2 Create Wealth — is Grace Place CDC's economic development arm. P2CW equips families with the financial knowledge, skills, and resources to build generational wealth. In a region where many families have been historically excluded from asset ownership, P2CW creates practical pathways to financial capability and homeownership. In Mobile Midtown, P2CW is also engaged in housing development work aimed at expanding affordable housing inventory and stabilizing neighborhoods.

Graduates are connected to capital access resources, first-time homebuyer programs, and a peer network of wealth-building community members committed to long-term economic stability.
